The Lincat Phoenix PHER01 electric range cooker has 6 powerful 1.85kW induction zones and a large GN-compatible electric oven., By using induction cooking technology, the hobs channel much more energy directly into the cooking, with no exposed flames or elements so it is efficient to use. Each cooking zone provides instant power whilst fast-heating zones can be boosted to 3kW for up to 10 minutes – allowing you to start cooking faster than traditional gas hobs. The 6kW, large capacity oven provides a generous amount of cooking space. capacity is up to 6 full size (1/1GN) Gastronorm pans.
