The Lincat IH42  is a four zone counter-top induction hob. Delivering almost twice the power of conventional gas models, you can be confident that all the energy is directed straight to the cook, with almost zero heat loss by using intelligent pan detection technology which automatically powers down each zone if pans are removed. An added benefit of this is that there’s no heat escaping either for a much more comfortable working environment.

The highly resilient ceramic top is designed to withstand everyday knocks and bumps and is exceptionally to clean. Meanwhile, a highly efficient cooling fan and overheat protection is integrated to extend the service life of this heavy duty plug-in commercial induction hob.
