LincatGS4, countertop, flat electric griddle. Ideal for a variety of sites. Using a hard-wearing 12 mm thick steel plate that provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. Great for  cooking eggs, bacon, burgers or vegetables. Thermostatically controlled to give accurate temperatures during the cooking process for consistent results. Simply plugs into a normal 13 amp socket for easy positioning.
