Lincat GS7, countertop, flat electric griddle with 2 independent zones. Ideal for a variety of sites. Using a hard-wearing 12 mm thick steel plate that provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. Great for  cooking eggs, bacon, burgers or vegetables. each zone is thermostatically controlled to give accurate temperatures during the cooking process for consistent results. Can be connected to either single or three phase supply.
